  • Job Description

As a member of the EC Advance consulting team you will lead projects and focus on implementation and delivery of Dynamics CRM software applications. Ability to manage projects from inception to customer signoff and meet aggressive project milestones is mandatory. This position will be also be engaged for business analysis, scope of work and requirements definition, project estimating, solution design and product demonstrations. Extensive knowledge and functional understanding of the Dynamics CRM product is required. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and driven to exceed customer satisfaction standards. They will also possess a strong, professional work ethic and good team management skills to support their regular onsite client interactions.

Duties

  • Manage CRM software implementation projects (participate in discovery, design, planning deployment)
  • Understand client user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Identify and recommend appropriate HW requirements
  • Implement and deploy CRM software applications
  • Design and integrate business processes between CRM and back office ERP applications
  • Manage client expectations, the project team (internal and external) and provide great customer service
  • Provide data migration and conversion services
  • Provide application training to client users
  • Provide technical support for project life cycle
  • Work with application developers during development and testing phases
  • Configure CRM application for customer environment
  • Draft user documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as a CRM implementation consultant
  • Project management experience in business CRM software consultant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self starter with good team and customer management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills
  • Ability to identify user requirements and translate into defined specifications
  • Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional designation is an asset
  • Sales and Marketing work experience and good user knowledge of CRM software is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes financial, procurement, product manufacturing and distribution, sales and customer service
  • Willing to travel within Ontario as required for customer engagements
